Manually we Use the mouse to select the check box or using the Tab key then press space bar key.
View your favorites, feeds, and browsing history, Close the active item, or exit the active program, Open the shortcut menu for the active window, Delete selected item without moving it to the recycle bin first/permanent delete, Select more than one item in a window or on the desktop or select text within a document, Opens a shortcut menu for the selected items (like right clicking on a mouse), Lock the computer (without using ctrl + alt + delete).
The reason I wanted to change this, because I am more comfortable with Space-Bar for Pausing.and this is something I use most of the time.
